Hi, I’m Paloma Schultz,
A facilitator, teacher, and guide dedicated to helping people find strength, compassion, and clarity in times of change.
My own path began far from where I am today. I first practiced law in Brazil, navigating complex systems and advocating for justice. Yet life called me toward deeper healing—both for myself and for others. As an immigrant, a mother, and someone who has rebuilt more than once, I understand firsthand how conflict, loss, and trauma can shape us—and how much resilience, clarity, and growth can emerge when we transform those experiences.
Today, I bring together more than a decade of training and practice in Family Constellations, Reiki, restorative practices, conflict resolution, and self-defense. My work bridges the personal and the collective, supporting both individuals and organizations to heal, integrate, and move forward with strength.
At the heart of my approach is a simple belief: healing is both personal and relational. When we release inherited patterns and learn to meet conflict with compassion, we not only free ourselves—we create ripples of change that strengthen families, workplaces, and communities.
Whether I’m facilitating a constellation, guiding a workshop, or teaching self-defense, my mission is the same: to help people step into resilience, balance, and authentic connection.
