Many women carry the effects of harassment, abuse, or domestic violence. Traditional self-defense classes often stop at physical techniques, but true healing and empowerment need more.

My approach is different.

I offer Trauma-Informed Self-Defense, a blend of practical safety skills, body awareness, and emotional resilience. This work isn’t about fighting back, it’s about reconnecting with your strength and choice.

Together, we focus on

  • Reclaiming a sense of agency and belonging in your body.

  • Learning strategies that can prevent escalation before it begins.

  • Understanding trauma responses (freeze, fawn, fight, flight) and practicing supportive ways to work with them.

  • Building confidence to set and hold boundaries in everyday life.

This isn’t a bootcamp or a “toughen up” approach. It’s a safe, supportive space to strengthen both body and voice — moving from fear into grounded power.
