Many women carry the effects of harassment, abuse, or domestic violence. Traditional self-defense classes often stop at physical techniques, but true healing and empowerment need more.
My approach is different.
I offer Trauma-Informed Self-Defense, a blend of practical safety skills, body awareness, and emotional resilience. This work isn’t about fighting back, it’s about reconnecting with your strength and choice.

Learning strategies that can prevent escalation before it begins.
Understanding trauma responses (freeze, fawn, fight, flight) and practicing supportive ways to work with them.
Building confidence to set and hold boundaries in everyday life.
This isn’t a bootcamp or a “toughen up” approach. It’s a safe, supportive space to strengthen both body and voice — moving from fear into grounded power.
